Classes
Academic Year
We offer the following classes during the academic year for children ages 2 to 5 years old. ECRC is an inclusive setting serving all children, those with developmental challenges as well as those with special gifts and talents.
Toddler
This class consists of up to 12 children aged 2 to 3 years old. It meets Monday through Friday mornings from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. There are two teachers plus up to three student interns in the classroom each day.
Preschool
This class consists of up to 15 children aged 3 to 4 years old. It meets Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. There are two classroom teachers plus up to three student interns in the classroom each day.
Pre-K
This class consists of up to 18 children aged 4 to 5 years old and are entering kindergarten the following year. It meets Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. There are two classroom teachers plus up to three student interns in the classroom each day.
PM Mixed Age
This is a mixed age class of up to 12 children aged 2 to 4 years old. It meets Monday through Thursday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. There are two classroom teachers plus up to three student interns in the classroom each day.
PM Pre-K
This class consists of 10-12 children and is only offered to children entering kindergarten the following fall. It meets Monday through Thursday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. There are two classroom teachers plus up to three student interns in the classroom each day.
Summer Classes
During the summer our classes meet Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In addition to the toddler, preschool and pre-K classes, we have a school age group of children between the ages of 5 and 8 years old.
School Age
The school-agers will have up to 16 children in the group with at least one teacher and two interns.
